Right of Withdrawal / Herroepingsrecht

Effective Date: 20 November 2024

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days:

For goods: from the day you or a third party indicated by you (not the carrier) physically receive the goods.
For digital products not supplied on a tangible medium: from the day the contract is concluded, provided you did not waive your right by starting the download/stream and acknowledging the loss of withdrawal rights.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via a clear and unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or email). You can use the model withdrawal form provided below, but you are not obliged to.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs for a non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

We will use the same payment method you used, unless you request otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

We have received the goods back, or
You have supplied proof of return, whichever comes first.

Returns

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Custom-made or personalized goods
Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Digital content (download/stream) once execution has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal loss
Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent
